Tepe Defense and Security Systems Industry Inc. entered service as a Private Security Organization in order to meet the private security system and service needs of companies affiliated to Bilkent Holding in 1992. In 1996 the International Tactical Security Research Institute was established for the purpose of providing both public establishment and private companies consultancy and training services in the fields of private security and electronic security. In 1997 it became an incorporate company
In 1998 it commenced activity in its new service building whilst including electronic security and defense industries in its scope of activities. At the end of 2004 the International Tactical Security Research Institute was restructured as “The Private Security Training Institution Presidency” in order to provide private security guard training under the scope of Law numbered 5188. On 10.12.2004 The Ankara Private Security Training Directorate and on 07.12.2004 The Istanbul Private Security Training Directorate affiliated to The Private Security Training Institution Presidency commenced training activities after receiving the “Private Security Training Institution Activity Permission Certificate” in virtue of Law numbered 5188 from the Ministry of Interior.
Also, in compliance with Law numbered 5188 our company has received the “Private Security Company Activity Permission Certificate” from the Ministry of Interior. Our company is a specialized establishment affiliated to Bilkent Holding, which aims to be a leader in every sector it activates in, and provide products and services ensuring maximum benefit to its clients.

The company has agencies at the provinces of Istanbul, Izmir and Antalya. Private security services of our company are currently being carried out at airports, banks, business and shopping centers, universities, factories and similar establishments across the country with our experienced staff of more than 5500 private security guards.
Our company possesses the Private Security Company Activity Permission Certificate and Private Security Training Institution Activity Permission Certificate issued by the Ministry of Interior, “The NATO Facility Security Clearance Certificate” issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, “The Confidentiality Degree Facility Security Clearance Certificate” issued by the Ministry of National Defense, “ISO 9001:2000 Quality Certificate”; “ISO 14001 Environmental Management System Certificate”; “OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certificate”, Authority Certificate of the Distinguished Security Organization (RSO) issued by the Prime Ministry Undersecretary of Maritime Affairs, “Service Facility Adequacy Certificate” issued by the TSI, Alarm Center Establishment and Monitoring Permission Certificate, After Sales Service Adequacy Certificate and “UN Foreign Services License” issued by the United Nations in order to be able to undertake services in Kosovo as a Private Armed Security Company.
